The work on my car was great my only complaint is The service person Chloe was more interested in my husband than speaking to me about my car. It was if I didn’t exist. She even made sure to let him kn service person Chloe was more interested in my husband than speaking to me about my car. It was if I didn’t exist. This was the 2nd time coming back for this, having an appt both times. The first time they didn't have my part available and not telling me this till after I got there. The 2nd appt the following week I appt both times. The first time they didn't have my part available and not telling me this till after I got there. The 2nd appt the following week I was informed it would take an hr and it took almost 2 hrs. That should have taken 30min to an hr to complete. I feel strongly that because it was a recall and I was not charged, that others were bumped up in front of me that you make money on, this is how I feel. The visit was not a very pleasant one. Usually I feel good when I leave your dealership, not this time. More
