This visit was great because of ANTHONY who insured all items were addressed and completed including replacement of items, recalls and routine maintenance. ANTHONY was thorough and courteous. I clicked on YES I would recommend this service center for now but one good visit out of four is not great. We will see. More

I had great customer service from Robinson at Hyundai fort Myers but felt I was taken advantage of in regards to an oil leak. When I brought it back they told me it was a loose oil drain plug from the oil change place I use. When I went back to the oil change shop, they informed me they only take oil from the top of the motor and don't touch the drain plug. More
