The sales experience was great, there was no major haggling the price or trade in value. We were a but frustrated with the service depth. When we got home we found the panel on the driver's side back haggling the price or trade in value. We were a but frustrated with the service depth. When we got home we found the panel on the driver's side back seat was not snug. When we called service on Monday, we couldn't get appt til Friday. Once there was told 3-4 hours, which was very unexpected. Uber was called for my husband but he wasn't even home when I got message that car was done. Service experience wasn't the best. Our salesperson, Kristin has offered a gas fill up for the problem, so that helped. More
