I arrived over 30 minutes early which apparently didn't help. They took the vehicle when I arrived but I was still there longer then I was told. The approved worked seemed to be done well. They suggested other work some of which may have been required based on mileage but they wanted to charge the AC system on the vehicle with only 38 K miles that still blows very cold. That seems unnecessary. As with everything today the cost seems high. I may return. I would have liked to have the prepaid maintenance program I originally agreed to when I bought out the lease but when they added $7500 of extra plans I didn't ask for I had them removed EVERYTHING because I was being swindled by the finance group. More

Hyundai was very professional in dealing with our first service appointment. The service rep Charles was friendly, competent, & informative as far as what we needed, & what was recommended.
