Backed up a little in the morning checking in Service but moved fairly quickly. Our service manager is a happy and pleasant when greeting me. The maintenance work was done in 3 hours. Unfortunately during check and payment there was a service fee of 3% when paying by credit card. I was unaware of this until it was time to pay. The credit card fee was over $25. I did not like this surcharge since I don’t have a debit card and I don’t carry $1,000 in cash. Those were the two options on the sign to avoid credit card fees. I change my mind of buying 4 tires at the service dept because of the credit card fees. Everything was great except the surcharge fees More
