Horrible customer service by the service advisor Michael Pino. Refused to research my extended warranty that the dealer had sold me. I had to go to the financial manager who confirmed the warranty was valid Pino. Refused to research my extended warranty that the dealer had sold me. I had to go to the financial manager who confirmed the warranty was valid. Finance manager sent me back to service advisor only to be told that he didn’t know what he was talking about and proceeded to inform me I’d be better to take my vehicle someplace else. I’ve never experienced such horrible customer service before and will not be returning to the this dealership. I had considered trading my vehicle at the dealership but will be taking my business someplace else. More

Taking our shop car in for a recall the service drive was very disorganized I had five people look at me and then someone said go in there. When we went inside where the service advisors are we stood there very disorganized I had five people look at me and then someone said go in there. When we went inside where the service advisors are we stood there and no one helped us. Finally I said excuse me I have an appointment to drop our car off. Once a advisor looked up our information he was very helpful. Michael Pino was very nice and took car of me and he kept me informed about the recall. The car was there for two days I believe and Michael Pino contacted me I think four times. Again the Service drive was a mess but the service advisor was very good. More
I was very impressed that I received a video of the work that was done with my car. Had an oil change first maintenance visit and they checked all fluids and showed me in video except tire rotation Lov that was done with my car.
