I purchased a used vehicle. The skid plate had a crack in it so I ordered the skid plate through the service department with my sales person and they were going to put it on and The skid plate had a crack in it so I ordered the skid plate through the service department with my sales person and they were going to put it on and salesman and I was told one hour it ended up was going to be a three hour job so I took the skid plate home and then I decided I’m just gonna get my money back for the skid plate and leave it like it is for now. This was the 2nd time coming back for this, having an appt both times. The first time they didn't have my part available and not telling me this till after I got there. The 2nd appt the following week I appt both times. The first time they didn't have my part available and not telling me this till after I got there. The 2nd appt the following week I was informed it would take an hr and it took almost 2 hrs. That should have taken 30min to an hr to complete. I feel strongly that because it was a recall and I was not charged, that others were bumped up in front of me that you make money on, this is how I feel. The visit was not a very pleasant one.
