I was bothered by the fact they decided to call a different number than the one they recitted upon arrival. I noticed my car sitting in the parking lot. I would love to upvote this review and give it four stars; however, the process to get an appointment is horrific (and why it’s 3 stars). Had it not been for Ray Powers (the manager) giving my moth stars; however, the process to get an appointment is horrific (and why it’s 3 stars). Had it not been for Ray Powers (the manager) giving my mother permission to email him with any questions or concerns, I would not have been able to get my car looked at. Attempting to call into the Service Department is terrible and management is aware. I had received several recall notices over the last year, but did not have opportunity to get them checked out. Whenever I have tried to call the Service Department to schedule an appointment, no one had answered the phone nor responded to my messages. I ended up going through Mr. Powers to get everything resolved faster than anticipated. More
