Early for my appointment. Took me in right at 1 (appt time) I was quoted 79.99 for oil change and filter. I told them I had a doctors appointment at 3:30 (15 minutes away from dealership) just made it by the skin of my teeth ??. Went back several times inquiring as to when I would be ready. No one there seems to care one way or another ?? More
Leonel Osorio lied to me 3 to 4 times over the phone when I made my appointment and again when I brought my car in to have a defective coupler fixed in my sonata. After sitting in the waiting room over 2 hours he then came to tell me that it was not covered and it would cost me $850 to fix. This was totally unacceptable after asking him so many times so I asked to speak with a manager as he was now treating me very rudely. After speaking with the assistant manager, Felicia she spoke with the manager, Tyler and they repaired the defective coupler in my car for no charge. They were awesome but no should be lied to and treated so rudely as I was by Leonel Osorio. He has no business working as a service advisor. More

Have been having an engine oil consumption issue for a while. The service response has been excellent. Still an issue but they have. Been excellent in working through the resolution. The tech who helped us was very kind. I was on crutches and he made sure our car was near the door so I didn’t have far to walk.
