Excellent Service Visit I had to have the fuel sender unit replaced in my 2013 Hyundai Tuscon. It is a fairly large job. Service does NOT care about me. The support cylinder that holds the trunk open broke two days ago, so decided to have O'Brien fix it the next day I had off. However, when I lowered t The support cylinder that holds the trunk open broke two days ago, so decided to have O'Brien fix it the next day I had off. However, when I lowered the front windows today to cool the car down, the passenger-side window switch broke. The driver-side switch is broken, and the passenger-side switch will not move the window, so I drove to O'Brien. Should have saved time and gone directly home. It was 4:30PM when I arrived at the service department. Not a soul in sight. After waiting about 10 minutes, a gentleman came and asked how he could help me. I explained the problem, and was asked I has a few minutes to look at a new Hyundai! NO! I just want to get the window switch fixed. Oh, that will take a Service Technition, says he, and goes inside. A bit later a man came out, and I explained the situation again. I explained that I wanted to get the window fixed, as it was supposed to rain that night. I was told, "Oh we cannot possibly get you in tonight!!!" Now that I know O'Brien service does NOT care about me, I will NEVER have anything to do with this place again! More
