Brandon Lentz was, by far, the most disrespectful and dishonest ‘consultant’ I have ever encountered. Condescending attitude, did not even listen to my question about updating service on BlueLink app (up dishonest ‘consultant’ I have ever encountered. Condescending attitude, did not even listen to my question about updating service on BlueLink app (upon arrival), just kept repeating that I would get an alert every 6 months. This was not the issue. Never asked me to accept or decline filter replacement, and told me I refused it in checkin. Not accurate. Never again. Service itself was great and moved along smoothly, until the car needed to be taken back to replace the filters. Service staff were great and friendly. More
