However, the sales rep and the manager on duty were well aware that we were military as we discussed my husbands job, the base and the sales rep even drove from Nashville to Clarksville to pick up the remainder of the funds to pay for the vehicle. We were told that the sales tax we were charged could not be refunded to us, but it would have to be refunded to the dealership and then the dealership would have to refund us. However they are refusing to fill out any paperwork to process the refund so we can get our sales tax back. We purchased this car over 6 months ago and we are still fighting to get what is owed to us. They are a horrible dealership, and I do plan to contact the IRS, the BBB and the state until this issue is resolved and we are refunded over $700 that we should NOT have had to pay, especially on a vehicle that we were paying CASH for. my last review the person who responded was beyond rude and made it seem like it was our issue, when it was the dealership who KNEW we were military and failed to waive the sales taxes. DO NOT USE THIS DEALERSHIP! They are shade and will rip you off and then ignore you. HORRIBLE customer service! More

My salesman Allen Collier was excellent and I would highly recommend him to anyone shopping for a new vehicle. The entire staff was very helpful from my window shopping, test drive and purchase day, they all were very pleasant . I believe they helped me make the right purchase decision for me and I believe that I got a fair deal , and a seamless, purchase without any pressure. I would rate them better than any of the other dealerships ,of the several I shopped at before this purchase. Thanks again for such a good experience and I look forward to doing business with you guys in the future. More
Good service, bad first impression When I drove in, I was completely ignored by the first service person. He couldn’t even be bothered to look up from his computer, so I drove forward. Although there was no friendly exchange or smiling at any point, the service was completed satisfactorily. My only suggestion would be to cultivate a friendlier environment Nothing made me want to come back there other than the oil change was complimentary with the purchase of my car. More
