Disappointing Lack of Service After a rocky start with Downtown Hyundai, it took a full week for them to be able to look at my car and determine that it needed a new battery. Mainly, from what the service manager mentioned, due to an overwhelming amount of recalls that kept them from looking at any other vehicle. My car came back dirtier than I sent it, and my communications with the staff rarely ended well, save for the girl who checked my out when I picked up my car. She was friendly and efficient. I had to call the general manager to get things started, and then after sharing my review on facebook, he responded for me to call him to discuss my problems, this being almost four days after I had already spoken to him. I will not go back to Downtown Hyundai, and after already writing reviews on Facebook and Yelp, I'm only leaving this one since they sent me an email asking how my service was. Not good. More

Always great service! I was 15 minutes early for my appointment. Anthony helped me in getting the car serviced based on mileage. I went inside to wait. Your waiting room was comfortable and I could connect to your wifi. It didn't take as long as I had anticipated to service the car. Anthony informed me what had been done, we compared the estimate to the invoice amount (it was the same), and he also told me they had checked other things just to be certain. It's that extra bit that sets you apart. I don't know much about car terminology and it didn't matter because Anthony explained everything in everyday clear English. He's a great example of outstanding customer service in a world where it just doesn't seem to matter anymore. I also love my Subaru and intend to have it serviced only by your dealership. More
