Beautiful Murano thanks to Damien Nowack I bought a Jeep in 2016 from the Autoplex and wasn’t very happy within two weeks of my buying the vehicle. I said I was not going to go back next time I bought a Jeep in 2016 from the Autoplex and wasn’t very happy within two weeks of my buying the vehicle. I said I was not going to go back next time I wanted a new vehicle. HOWEVER, I saw that a friend of mine purchased a vehicle from Damien at the Autoplex, specifically Hyundai, and I commented that I wanted something new but had concerns. As good marketing and business practices go, Damien contacted me after seeing my comment and assisted me in finding a beautiful Murano. He was beyond helpful, even though I know I annoyed him the entire day. Haha! He was very reassuring, and the process of getting the Murano took maybe a total of two hours. In the past, it would take several hours, so that was also a plus. Beyond his very friendly and respectful demeanor, he provided peace of mind and all the assistance possible. Caleb White also was very friendly and knowledgeable with the financing process and provided a comprehensive explanation as to what and why various insurances, coverages and warranties were important.
