Second Car Purchase Leased my first Hyundai through Keith in 2016. Moved to Florida in 2018. Lease is about to expire and now we're ready to make a purchase. Looked at numerous Hyundai dealers in Florida for a new Tucson. Sales reps are less than honest, fees are astronomical ($899 - $999 documentation fees). Looking back on our outstanding experience in 2016, I picked up the phone in Florida and called Keith in Jefferson City. Described the exact model and trim level of Tucson we were looking for. Keith was up front stating that particular model was hard to find, they didn't have any on the lot, but he would do his best. Less than 24 hours later Keith called me back to let me know my new Tucson would be on his lot in a matter of hours. Scheduled my flight and off to Jefferson City. It's not everyday I would travel 1,000 miles to purchase a car. But the honest, trustworthy and truly ethical characteristics of Keith and the staff at Jefferson City Hyundai is like a breath of fresh air when it comes to a car buying experience. If I'm in the market for another Hyundai the next time around, I'll definitely look back to Jefferson City Hyundai, no matter where in the country I live, and especially as long as Keith is still selling and hasn't retired! Through all of the changes they have made and they have been good to me the whole time. That was the main reason I decided to buy my new suv from them over others in town. More
