Recall Service Gone Bad Had engine replaced last month after seizing while driving. Great first experience but now the alternator is failing and the Service Dept says it's n Had engine replaced last month after seizing while driving. Great first experience but now the alternator is failing and the Service Dept says it's not related, despite the fact that there were no prior issues and the battery cables were so hot they were melting during engine failure. They want $630 for a new alternator. The worst part is they charged me $108 to diagnose it. The service manager won't return my call or email. Avoid them at all costs. More

Great service We went in to get our windshield replaced, there was a miscommunication and that didn’t end up getting done but they were nice about it and preformed We went in to get our windshield replaced, there was a miscommunication and that didn’t end up getting done but they were nice about it and preformed two recalls on the vehicle and replaced our broken pump for the windshield fluid free of charge since the damage had been from the previous owners. Their waiting area was clean and comfortable. They had amenities for us while we waited. The two hours we spent there went by pretty fast! More
