Service Not as Promised I scheduled an appointment and when doing so I specifically asked if I could get it done on my lunch hour and was told at the time appointment was mad I scheduled an appointment and when doing so I specifically asked if I could get it done on my lunch hour and was told at the time appointment was made and also when I arrived 5 minutes early that it would be done in 45 minutes. Unfortunately they didn't keep their promise. They didn't even take it back until 21 minutes after my prescheduled appointment time and needless to say it still took a little over 45 minutes for an oil change and tire rotation. My time is valuable and if they told me they were backed up, I would have used their courtesy service for a ride back to work More

Good price on oil change as a coupon sent previously in paper for 19.99. More

The service guy told me that the noise that was under my hood was my motor & it was going to $4500. I said, no I'd rather use it on another car. So the service guy introduced me to a salesman named Daniel. He answered all of my questions & I told him what I had in mind. He helped me out a lot. He went thru some of features & help me download a map app for my phone since we were driving to Vegas. The I brought it in again for more questions. This was kinda of last minute decision. Because I was leaving for vacation in less than a week. The only negative was the color choices. The only colors black or white. I picked white & I've been complimented several times. More
