Didn't Perform Required Service as Requested Took car in for 30,000 mile service. Service Advisor told me a brake fluid treatment and fuel treatment (both at additional cost) were needed. When I Took car in for 30,000 mile service. Service Advisor told me a brake fluid treatment and fuel treatment (both at additional cost) were needed. When I said I hadn't seen these services required, the Service Advisor looked it up online and mumbled something under his breath. End result, the 30,000 mile service WAS NOT done and a note added that said a 30,000 mile check is recommended. Work order said a Multipoint Inspection was done (which includes tire pressure check). Two days after service appointment I got a low tire pressure alert. I added air to that tire. Three days later I received a low tire pressure alert on a different tire. Pretty sure the Multipoint inspection was not done either. They also said they changed my oil. Hope that occurred. Guess we will find out. More
