We found the vehicle we wanted on our budget My husband and I are happy with the friendliness and helpfulness of Damien during the purchase of our Jeep and the ability for Jacob to help us reach My husband and I are happy with the friendliness and helpfulness of Damien during the purchase of our Jeep and the ability for Jacob to help us reach a payment that we are happy with. The whole process was very smooth. The only complaint I have is that the Jeep does not have any floor mats (we didn't notice this at the time of purchase) and there was an open recall (from 2016) that we discovered while reading the CARFAX that had not been addressed. The recall was an easy fix but now we need to purchase floor mats that we assumed would be included with the Jeep. Overall, I would say that we had a pleasant car buying experience and I would refer a friend if they are looking to purchase a new or used vehicle. More
