Disapointed I choose to bring my Genesis sedan to this dealer. I had a service person who knew me..my car and made sure everything was perfect. I had to request my car be washed and vacuumed and even then it didn't get done. Yes I was offered to c ok me back and get it done but I am not going to take 1.5 hours to drive into town. The advertised 29 minute or less oil change took over 1 hr. I have been a loyal customer for about 14 years, but I will be going elsewhere for service in the future. Great experience Doni was a great salesman, very interested in us, motivated, personable, and informative. We have been at other dealerships, Toyota, where the sales manager stood at a distance with arms crossed, did not interact with us directly, and demonstrated an arrogant demeanor. Not the case here. All of the sales team were very friendly and demonstrated very warm and professional attitudes. Once the decision was made, the turnaround time was very quick, very different from what we have experienced from Ford in the past. We are amazed at what the Sonata has to offer in comparison to a Camry. Toyota is going to have to step it up to compete! More
