I was dissatisfied that I had a flat tire with 2 different holes and nails within the first week of having the newly bought car. This was after my girlfriend and I had asked about the tires during the sale process and the sales manager had assured us about the 50 point inspection in regards to their service department. I also did not like the pressure put on me to buy an extended warranty. I understand the reason for asking about it, but it seems a bit fishy after the tire flattened on me within the 1st week. More

Fantastic unbelievable customer service I arrived a half hour early. I was immediately taken care of. I was given an estimated time of completion that was within 10 minutes of being accurate I arrived a half hour early. I was immediately taken care of.
