It wasn’t included in either packet when the finance man gave them to us so had to make 2 special trips because of that. That had nothing to do with the salesman. More

I had to call and talk to service dept and finally a manager to get the bill taken off her total. I literally had to argue with two different people about the situation. Unbelievable! JOURNEY MADE EASY Me and my wife are avid Toyota lovers and have had very good experience with them in the past. To be honest we looked at the Hyundai's because of the Me and my wife are avid Toyota lovers and have had very good experience with them in the past. To be honest we looked at the Hyundai's because of the cost factor and the technology but never really considered buying one. Damien ( our salesman) did a phenomenal job showing us the advantages of owning a Hyundai. He showed us several options in the models were looking at and was able to answer all our questions and concerns. My wife and I were impressed with the technology on our Tuscan but were not familiar with a lot of it. Damien step through each option( sometimes more than once) until we were comfortable... He was awesome!!!. Also the warranty was a big deal to us, we bought the extended warranty but I hope will not need it but I know we are covered for a good while. another factor we were not initially aware of was the safety ratings of our new Hyundai. We were both impressed, and it was important factor for us with our new purchase. The finance department gave us a really fair price on our trade-in which just sealed the deal. One last thing we never got with our new Toyota's.... a full tank of gas upon delivery. Thanks Hyundai. Your team at JC Autoplex made our journey easy. Melvin and Karen Arnold More
