I feel cheated and dismissed This is the 3rd vehicle I purchased from this lot with the same sales person. I was told that the dealership got a better deal on keys. I went to buy This is the 3rd vehicle I purchased from this lot with the same sales person. I was told that the dealership got a better deal on keys. I went to buy a second key and was charged the same price. My trust is broken. So the dealership’s management (NOT Miguel) decided that $200 was worth loosing my business. Scott W from finance was the ONLY one who did NOT agree with loosing my business. He offered to personally cover the purchase of the key but that was NOT necessary or warranted. This coupled with the fact that I paid $10K for a vehicle with front end damage is unconscionable. My trust is shattered! Scott W was amazing. He is the reason I did not walk away from the entire deal. More
