Josh went above and beyond on the finance end of things! After all was said and done, I have the car I want, (2018 Hyundai Elentra Value Edition), the color I wanted, and a payment that works best for me with no extras mysteriously added on!! Damien was great in showing me all the new features in my new car! Love the hands free smart trunk, the apple car play feature and of course my heated seats and sunroof!! More

Mixed feelings After pulling in and walking around the lot for about 15 minutes without anyone coming to help me, I went into the dealership. It was as I didn't exis After pulling in and walking around the lot for about 15 minutes without anyone coming to help me, I went into the dealership. It was as I didn't exist. Not a hello, not a smile, not a "can I help you". I walked out, went to my car and emailed them right from the parking lot just see if anyone would come out.. they didn't. So I left, but within 10 minutes someone called me. I spoke with the manager, went back They set me up with Keith Hillard who was helping another customer when I had come in the first time. The 2 salesmen who were visiting with each other the first time were still visiting with each other the second time I came in. Keith and I test drove the Santa Fe and i loved it and decided to buy it. As far as fair pricing, I really didn't feel like I got a good deal, but after I got home and started looking at my papers, I really felt like I got a bad. The one good thing I can say is that Keith Hillard was the best part of the entire deal. If you want to buy a car, make sure you call and set up an appointment with Kieth, he will listen to you and take good card of you. In rating this dealership, I am not rating Keith, because honestly he was the only 5 star part of this dealership. As of today 1 month after buying the vehicle I am still waiting on a part that was defective on my car. I hope they are not like the Nissan place next door, I never received or got installed the defective part even staying on top of them for 3 years. This part and automotive service will be the determining factor if I buy anything from Jefferson city motor company again. This is really not suppose to sound like a rant, I just want to be upfront on my experience. More
