I have bought many vehicles in my 58 years but by far this is the most pleasurable experience I have ever had purchasing a new or used car. This past week Karin and I visited Kenny Bussiere at Hyundai of Keene looking for a new car. We were shown the 2011 Tucson and decided that it was not the car for us. However, we spotted a 2007 Santa Fe Hyundai of Keene looking for a new car. We were shown the 2011 Tucson and decided that it was not the car for us. However, we spotted a 2007 Santa Fe and we test drove it with Kenny. He was quite knowledgeable about the vehicle, answered all of our questions and his friendliness made both of us feel at ease. As we talked about different ways to pay for the car (trade-in, possible finance etc.) Kenny was very patient as we weighed all of our options. During the week, Kenny reached out to assist us, working with our insurance company to find the best scenario. Throughout the whole process, Kenny remained loyal to us and was a valuable resource. This morning,(we were scheduled to meet Kenny this afternoon),we decided to hold off on buying the car until our financial situation improves. When I called Kenny to explain our decision, he was extremely supportive and understanding of our dilemma. His professionalism and helpful nature is a tribute to himself, his manager Jeff Kofoed, and the Fenton Family. I would recommend all of them to anyone looking for a positive car buying experience.
