My initial internet and voice contact was with Bill Harris who handled things very nicely for us, but was not there on the day we test drove the car so Henry Tunkel took over. They were very patient while we fought with the insurance company for the proceeds from our totaled vehicle and were ready for us when we arrived to pick up the car (an hour drive for us.) After driving away and finding the remark on the vehicle inspection report that the brakes would need to be replaced soon, we were very upset. Henry and the dealership took care of the situation immediately to our complete satisfaction. They have lived up to Henry's promise and have made the car buying process as easy as possible. More

I had been looking for a new car for some time. I didn't know what kind of car that I wanted. I knew that I wanted style, sophistication, value. I began looking at ads and searching the web to find that H know what kind of car that I wanted. I knew that I wanted style, sophistication, value. I began looking at ads and searching the web to find that Hyundai was very well rated and looked as though it would fit perfectly into my lifestyle. I test drove an Azera and I was pleasantly surprised to find that it was sophisticated, had plenty of style and bells and whistles that I love. The size was perfect for my needs. I had a price in mind that I wanted to pay. I e-mailed Hyundai of Keene on a Sunday evening and Monday when I arrived at the office, much to my surprise there was a response waiting for me. I e-mailed that I was extremely busy and would it be OK to e-mail back and forth and my Sales Person immediately said yes, that is perfectly fine. I provided my wish list and my druthers and within a day I was driving home in my beautiful new car. Henry explained the car from one end to the other. He was so very patient and answered my silly little questions without making me feel awkward. The price that I had in mind was exactly the price that I was quoted on this automobile. There was not one second of haggle. I was a little hesitant with regard to the winter coming and the car's performance, however, I have seen 4-wheel drive vehicles off the road as I pass by without so much as a slip or slide. I am extremely comfortable in this car and have enjoyed driving it every day. No matter what the weather (and we have had some VERY special weather this year) I have had not one problem getting from point A to point B. I am very happy that I made this choice. The Team at Hyundai of Keene have made me feel so very important. Each of the Sales Team as well as the Service Department has greeted me via e-mail or sent me a note welcoming me to their Dealership. It has truly been a wonderful experience.
