This was the worse auto repair experience that I have ever had. We arrived the day after they called saying that the repairs were completed and the vehicle was ready. When we arrived they could not get the car started due to a dead battery which seems very unacceptable considering they just completed $3000 worth of electrical repairs to the vehicle. At first the service advisor used the excuse that a vehicle that sits for an extended time will have a drained battery which was not valid considering we just received the call the day before stating the repairs are all done. Then the advisor acted very reluctant to sale us a battery I’m guessing because it was now near time for them to close the shop. Rather than take the time and concern for our safety and well being he expected us to leave with a car that had a dead battery which would leave us stranded moments after we just paid them over $3000 for electrical repairs. We then left out to find another auto store to replace our battery and then noticed that the radio will now not power on. All I can do is hope that they will take responsibility for the radio issue even though I hate the thought of having to deal with them again. I will never take another Hyundai of ours to this service dealer. More

I had not even driven my vehicle 300 miles when the battery stopped charging, so I took it to Acura who stated it needed a new battery, in addition an oil change and tires were also needing replacing. How can you possibly sell a vehicle and tell a customer that it had been inspected and it have this many problems???? I specifically asked for the paperwork showing the battery had been checked and they conveniently lost this!!! After not only leaving messages with Carlos(Used Car Manager) and Jason(General Manager)not one phone call has been returned to me. In addition Krause Automotive(Vernon Krause) owns this dealership and he has not even contacted me back after several emails. DO NOT BUY YOUR VEHICLE FROM ANY KRAUSE AUTOMOTIVE GROUP DEALERSHIP ESPECIALLY HYUNDAI OF KENNESAW!!!! More
Sold me a car for cash and did not issue the title for over three months. Once the title arrived, it was describing a completely different model. I had to spend one whole day at the tag and title office to obtain the correct title and to correct the mistakes their administrators made. While I didn't have the title for months, I had to make many calls to the dealership to extend my license plate and there was a period I could not drive the car because of the expired temp tag. I would never visit this place again. More
Wish I could leave zero stars. Lady answering the phone was rude. Scheduler was rude, Service advisor could have cared less about helping me. Purchased a vehicle on Saturday, January 7, 2024. It is now March 29, 2024 and I still haven’t received my plates/tags. I have contacted multiple parties at this dealership. They respond but don’t provide a resolution. A manager has said multiple times that they’ll email me a new temp tag but they haven’t followed through. More

My recent encounter with Hyundai of Kennesaw left me thoroughly disappointed and frustrated. From start to finish, the experience was riddled with incompetence, unprofessionalism, and deceptive practice thoroughly disappointed and frustrated. From start to finish, the experience was riddled with incompetence, unprofessionalism, and deceptive practices that I simply cannot overlook. To begin with, scheduling an appointment for car repair at Hyundai of Kennesaw was an ordeal in itself. It took an astonishing two months to secure a slot, only to be met with further disappointment upon arrival. Despite being assured that my car would be promptly serviced, it languished in their shop for four days without any work being done. Shockingly, I was informed that it would sit idle for several more days before repairs could even commence. This gross mismanagement of time and resources is utterly unacceptable. In addition to their unethical business practices, the level of customer service at Hyundai of Kennesaw was abysmal. The staff exhibited a blatant disregard for professionalism and courtesy, showing little interest in addressing my concerns or providing timely updates on the status of my vehicle. Their cavalier attitude towards customer satisfaction speaks volumes about their lack of commitment to delivering quality service. In conclusion, my experience with Hyundai of Kennesaw was nothing short of a nightmare. From interminable wait times to subpar and rude customer service, this dealership epitomizes everything that is wrong with the automotive industry. We had the best new car purchase on 1/19/24 with Nadia Madih. Nadia is very knowledgeable, courageous, detailed and not pushy in the least. Glen Bryan was our sales consultant on Thursday 8/31/2023. I had seen a pre-owned Hyundai 2023 Venue on line and that I was interested in. My husband and I worked with the Manager John for the best trade in for our F150 and the best price he/Hyundai could give us. You guys did not disappoint! We were pleased that John had the knowledge, patience, kindness to make sure we 'both" were happy and he truly delivered. We purchased our first new Hyundai Venue 2023, with the help of your Chief Financial officer, Mohammed. Mohammed was just as equally professional, patience and kind. I really learned a lot from this young man. This dealership has the right man behind that desk. I also while sitting there watched your whole team at work. Everyone worked together as a team should in my opinion.
