The staff was very attentive and my sals rep TINAH she was just charting out, but she spent hours with me and showed me several cars to find just the right one finally. She kept pushing until she saw that smile on my face and we both knew I found the perfect car! And then Luis, one of the managers, really worked hard to get me close to what I could afford. Truly, the absolute worst auto service experience at Hyundai of Las Vegas... No response to my phone calls or text messages during the entire week that the vehicle was in service. When I called to find out the vehicle is ready, I was told that it was out of service, washed, and ready to go. When I arrived, I waited 30 minutes to have the vehicle delivered. Vehicle had not been washed or cleaned at all. Strange pieces of green tape still stuck on the vehicle. Filthy and unacceptable. I had to seek out another service advisor to ask that the car be washed, as my service advisor didn't walk to the car with me to see that all was in order. I waited another 45 minutes before the vehicle was finally ready. To add insult to injury, the service advisor next to the desk I was waiting at was playing loud YouTube videos on his phone to another colleague, videos laced with profanity. Totally and completely inappropriate while a customer is within earshot. I challenged them on their behavior. They didn't seem to care whatsoever. I have filed a formal complaint with Hyundai USA directly, and am still waiting to hear back with an appropriate response either from Hyundai USA or the dealership. Needed to say, even though I purchased my new vehicle from Hyundai of Las Vegas (which was a very good experience), I will not be taking it back for service, and will not return to the dealership for any future purchases. I would rather drive well out of my way to a non-Lithia Motors owned dealership than to return and experience the same shameful service. More
