This dealership doesnt even deserve 1 star. Their entire sales team is not only immature but the way the conduct business is completely unethical. They will do whatever they want to try to get a sale, from passive aggressively insulting you all the way to unauthorized credit applications in your name I was very clear i authorized my credit to be run through my 1 financial institution only. They assured me they would not do any other inquiry except that 1. I said no to the offer they made, after they tried passive aggressive insulting to get me to buy the car i said no and left. The next day they ran credit applications with my information through 8 other lenders in hopes they could get me to go back and buy it. I said no they didnt care. They did what they wanted anyways More

Well let's start by saying they had our car for 2 days couldn't figure out what was wrong and then my husband came home Googled it and the problem was fixed.So my husband decided to make a call let them k couldn't figure out what was wrong and then my husband came home Googled it and the problem was fixed.So my husband decided to make a call let them know how incompetent there repair services were and Zac "manager of services" called and to his defense my husband was a bit heated so I decided to get on the phone and after I mentioned we were considering purchasing a extended warranty but now I'm not so sure because there repair services are questionable basically told me there are 3 other locations I can take my car too. NOT to mention I purchased the car there plus put down 13,000 cash and wanted again to purchase an extension threw them. So I decided to call Bryan the manager of the location left a message and never had a courtesy call back. SO NOT ONLY IS THERE SERVICE DEPARTMENT QUESTIONABLE BUT THERE CUSTOMER SERVICE AS WELL!!! All i can say is buyer beware and in the words of Zac take your car to the other 3 locations as well as your business, they obviously don't need it More
