Purchase of Tire and Wheel warranty I returned to Hyundai of Las Vegas on 10/08/2016 and spoke with the General Sales Manager named Lou. He told me what their general policy on this typ I returned to Hyundai of Las Vegas on 10/08/2016 and spoke with the General Sales Manager named Lou. He told me what their general policy on this type of warranty saying this only applied to new vehicles. I told him that when I purchased this vehicle it was talked as a new car since it was certified. (The vehicle is a 2016 Hyundai Tucson Limited with 1650 miles on it.) After further discussion, Lou made a decision to accommodate my request. He approved my purchase of a 3 point Tire and Wheel warranty that will be good for 5 years. This will cover my premium alloy wheels that are expensive to replace. I was quite pleased with Managements decision to take care of me. My confidence in this dealership has been restored. I will use this dealership for any service that I will need in the future. More
