The service I received with the dealership remained Excellent. Christian Saban was again the person who helped me closed out a new deal for an Elantra. The price was much better from my first car I bought considering there are more options added to the car. I am very appreciative with Chris’ support in helping me get the deal for the price I expected. I’m also very much appreciative with the manager who approved and made the decision to give me the car. I truly and highly commend Chris for his truthfulness and patience considering this time around the sale has to be processed out-of-state with me residing in Maryland. Although, the process is not as quick as making a deal personally in the dealership, the deal was worthwhile, and Chris made it smoother for the deal to come to its end up to its delivery. I can tell you honestly that some of the older Elantra models I saw on the street I didn’t like it at all. However, the newer Elantra models are much better and having to buy two Elantra is like finding the right type of girl. A girl although does not have the prestige name yet to show it has all the qualities and the look that’s for sure is for keep and be admired. The newer Elantra model is like a girl who has the potential to reach its peak and make her own name in the crowd. It’s odd to describe the Elantra to a girl, but it’s the only way I can illustrate how the Elantra is among other cars in a competitive market. Hyundai brand has earned “Top Spot for Brand Loyalty” from Kelly Blue book. With the Elantra brand alone recognized as 2016 5-Star Overall Safety Rating from NHTSA and HIS Top Safety Pick for 2015, highest ranked compact car in initial quality, and featured in ACEEE’s Green Book Online as one of the twelve most environmentally-friendly vehicles (recognized for the sixth year in a row as a leader in fuel efficiency) makes me feel that I’m not just helping the environment, but I also felt safe and flamboyant. Recently, I read that the Elantra is among the “Top 10 Best Car/Truck Market,” this tells me that the purchasing reason I had is on the spot as the Elantra is now giving its name in the market that people sought. More

My car buying experience I really enjoy my new car love it a lot! I just have a couple of issues. When I sold cars I know what the salesmen did in customer service was what made the dealership stand out. The day I bought my car Tony Fisher didn't tell me to spend the wheel. So, when I asked him what the wheel was he said spend it. So, I did then he said don't worry about it I will take care of it. Well I am still wondering what I would have received on that spin. I was told yesterday when bringing my car in to have the air checked in my tires I didn't know I received free car washes, So, before I brought my car in I had it washed. The kicker was for me is when I saw my customers in the service department I said HI even if I was with another customer. He just walked right pass me. I know he saw me because before he tossed his trash in the can he looked right at me, then turned his head from me and walked right by. The beginning of the sale thought he was great. I feel once he knew he was finished and got the sale he was onto the next. I just wished I knew what I got off that wheel. I was wishing to land on the 2 free oil change. But, at this point the fun is gone. Now your service department is flipping AWESOME!!!!!!!!!!!!! More
