When I first walked into Hyundai I was dead set on buying a Sonata GLS with navigation. Owen H was my sales rep and at first I thought he was a genuine and nice guy.... boy was I wrong. He, just like most dealers said what he thought I wanted to hear just to make the deal. He didn't listen to any of the features I wanted to have in the car, and then told me if I wanted to have a car with the particular features, service would put it in for me but I would have to pay the labor cost!!!! Last time I checked if a car comes from the manufacturer you don't have to pay labor for every single component. Basically Owen didn't do his job and I had to pay for it. He kept making "mistakes" about the financing that I would get, and couldn't care less about my situation. I was offered a 7.99% interest rate and the morons in the finance department couldn't care less to get me a lower rate. The day that I was supposed to get the car (we had agreed on 368/mo at 6.99) Wonderboy called me (Owen) and told me the GM of the dealership was turning in his Sonata Limited with 3500 miles on it and that they would basically treat it as a new car, with a new warranty and get it to me for about the same price is the GLS with navi. I said GREAT!!!!! As soon as I arrived at the dealership, the price went from 368 to 430 per month... Seems to me that is not the same price we agreed on. They never got my color I requested in, they lied to me 3 times about when the cars would be in. It was just a nightmare!!! If it wasn't for Planet Centennial, I would never deal with the Planet family again. Amazing how even before Centennial pulled my credit they offered me 4.9%.... interesting 1 month later: Although the experience at PH Sahara was not the best experience, i did write a letter to Jason Tamburro the owner of Planet Hyundai and he toook care of all the bad experiences i had. He was very helpful and i think everyone should deal with him. I changed all my ratings to 5 stars because of him. Thanks Jason!!! More

I rate this Planet Hyundai Auto Dearler the best in Las Vegas Valley, I strongly recommed this dealer to anyone shopping for new vehicles. More
Both Jeffery and Todd were very knowledgeable about the vehicle I was considering buying and answered all my questions to my satisfaction. Worst car buying experience yet. Was lied to about the means in which I would qualify for financing. Was lied to about the lack of a reputable tint installer, so that I would be less likely to ask for ti means in which I would qualify for financing. Was told someone would get back to me about the key. When I enquired about the key days later after no call, I was told my saleman had been fired. The person I talked to said they would look into getting another key made for me but after a week now I haven't heard back from him even after having left multiple messages for him to return my call. After getting the vehicle home and reviewing the paper work more carefully, saw a difference in the odometer reading from the car fax report to the odometer reading in all the sales docs. Everything about this deal has been shady. I only hope this car is worth it. So far I am pleased with it. More
My entire experience from initial greeting to financial paperwork went very well and without a hitch. They treated me with respect, I never felt pressured, Anthony was able to get a very fair trade on my 1992 Olds, and Stacy in financing went to bat for me and even though I only had a fair credit rating, she saw further and was able to save me quite a bit. Their core values which I understand Jason Tamburo enforces, meant that there was no high pressure tactics and I was extended professional courtesies all through the process. I would definitely recommend Planet Hyundai to anyone needing a vehicle and would especially recommend the team of Anthony, Jesse & Stacy specifically. Thank you very much. More
I had reached out to many car dealers from here, to Salt lake to Tuson. Mr. Fisher and I communicated over the internet. He was one of only a few that was right to the point without any BS. I believe that that is why most people shop over the internet which was my reason. My application was completed over the internet we set a time and I went home. I bought a used car at Planet Hyundai a few months ago and found the experience to be very different from any other dealership I had visited previously. My salesman (Bob)was personable, he worked very ha and found the experience to be very different from any other dealership I had visited previously. My salesman (Bob)was personable, he worked very hard to get me a price I was comfortable with. I was introduced to "Chance" the service manager because I had operational questions concerning the car. For someone in management at such a busy place he was so patient and helpful. All my questions were answered and I left knowing if I encountered any problems the folks at Planet Hyundai would be there to help me. I have read other reviews that were not so kind and all I can say is that this company has recently changed hands and the new owners seem to be very commited to working with anyone who is not satisfied. I also just found out these same owners are opening Centennial Hyundai! Yay! This location is much closer to my house and I look forward to doing business with them in the future. I will gladly recommend these business's to my friends and family. More
Salesman Efrain Marenco was my first contact at Planet Hyundai. I knew nothing about Hyundais, stated this and asked to see the Sonata. Efrain spent time with me showing me the different Sonatas as well a Hyundai. I knew nothing about Hyundais, stated this and asked to see the Sonata. Efrain spent time with me showing me the different Sonatas as well as, at my request, the Elantra. It was a no pressure showing of vehicles and I left saying I would give the Hyundai some consideration. The next day I returned, and I was very impressed when Efrain saw me and greeted me by name. We again looked at the Sonata and I selected one to test drive. Efrain again went over the features of the car and the options that were in it, explaining in detail what these were. When we sat at the table to talk price, Efrain was again no pressure and presented me a quote. I was hoping for a lower price car and Efrain encouraged me to tell him what I wanted to offer and he would do his best in presenting it to management. We agreed on a price, again I NEVER felt pressure to close this deal, and Efrain took the car to get ready for me to drive home. I then dealt with Bob Rasgaitis in Finance to do all the paperwork, and he was very pleasant, explaining what each document was. When all the paperwork was complete and the car was ready, Efrain took me to the car (which he had taken to fill up with gas), set up my phone with the Bluetooth, explained the navigation system to me, and made certain all of my questions were answered. My overall experience with Planet Hyundai, Efrain Marenco and Bob Rasgaitis was excellent. I was treated as a valued customer, and I felt Efrain put me in the car that was just right for me. Not only would I shop at this dealership again, I would recommend anyone looking for a Hyundai to visit Planet Hyundai and ask for Efrain Marenco as their salesman. Everyone at the dealership, including other salespeople and personnel, were pleasant, friendly, and helpful. More

I was never thrilled about the Hyundai but decided to visit the dealership, Planet Hyundai. My boyfriend and I were greeted by Izzy Legaspi whom we liked immediately. After the experiences at the other dealerships it was so refreshing to not be approached with the 3 piece suit and trench coat and attitude. we test drove some vehicles including the sonata and azera. Izzy was courteous and had a sense of humor. He was laid back and not pushy. Again, very refreshing. I loved the Azera so much I purchased it. I feel that Izzy Legaspi is an asset to your company and when my family or friends needs a new vehicle I will send them to Planet Hyundai and tell them to ask for Izzy. One thing most people don't like and dread when it comes time to buy a new car is a high pressure sales pitch and the bs that goes along with it. I found none of that at Planet Hyundai. The sales person, Bob Stewart, who worked with me until I was satisfied, was very informative without overkill, which was very important to me. I knew there were other cars out there that I would consider and other dealerships I could go to in order to find the right sales person in which I cared to do business with. I was in no hurry and hadn't made up my mind on what car I wanted at that point. After meeting Bob in person, through my internet search, there was no reason to look any further for the right personality. That was refreshing and allowed time for me to make an informed decision without feeling pressured. After that it was just about the car and the price. The car is impressive and the price was right and thanks to Bob's patience and demeanor, it was a done deal once all of my concern were covered. More
