I was told by a friend that Hyundai was having great sales. I was going to buy in Kingman arizona, however, my friend gave me Bob's e-mail address. I e-mailed him and got things going. This is by far the greatest experience I have ever had. Most Dealerships will try to give you the run a round and they somehow "lose" your keys and are really pushy. Chris was very good. He found the exact car I wanted in California, then had the sunroof cut and the windows tinted just like I wanted. I just bought a new Sonata at the Planet Hyundai store on Rainbow and Sahara in Las Vegas. My salesman was Toby Sullivan. I had been shopping around at other dealerships, and was not pleased at all with the Rainbow and Sahara in Las Vegas. My salesman was Toby Sullivan. I new the color, and all of the upgrades I wanted as well. He worked with me to find the price I was comfortable with. Would walk away and let me have time to think of things on my own. He wasn't pushy and breathing down my neck the entire time. This was by far the best car buying experience I have ever had. Toby was very genuine. He was a straight shooter. Was able to arrange entire sales over the internet. Trade in value $2000 more than toyota dealership and almost $6,000 more than the Kia dealership. You can always say you might have gotten a cheaper Trade in value $2000 more than toyota dealership and almost $6,000 more than the Kia dealership. You can always say you might have gotten a cheaper price somewhere else, but to get a very good price without having the dealership try to take you for a ride was a great experience. More
