I had an appointment time for 315 pm but was told I had to wait 1:45 minutes - 2 hrs. So my thought was, what is the point of the appointment. I started to leave but I thought, this is the car dealership a to wait 1:45 minutes - 2 hrs. So my thought was, what is the point of the appointment. I started to leave but I thought, this is the car dealership and the car is under 2 years. The price of 40 dollars made it all better. But I think working on the time frame would be my only complaint. Maybeas. Maybe assessing the number of oil changes per day. Having only oil changes between a certain time. Then the oil changes with other services can be done by someone else. Quick service vs complex service. I may not have to think about speedy oil change or 5 min oil change place in the future. More

I rated this place a 1 star because I brought my car here to get serviced at 8am sharp and they called to tell me at 4pm that they wasn’t able to get to my car and I would need to leave it the next day! I ha to get serviced at 8am sharp and they called to tell me at 4pm that they wasn’t able to get to my car and I would need to leave it the next day! I had to drop the car off at 8am and leave it which they didn’t tell me that from the start. I had to find someone to come pick me up. I took off of work and lost a day of pay and they didn’t even look at my car !!! They just asked me to reschedule for another day smh!! Although this happened to me, the service man who helped me, pat , was really nice. More

Was quoted $1200 radio and $475 to stabilize headlight on a car valued @ $3400. Agent was nice but price was insanely high. Bought the wire needed to fix headlight at wall mart for $10.00. For the last 4 years, I have been bringing.y vehicle to another dealership for service. This is the second time I have been here and Hyundai of Metairie is the best EVER! So many service departments, deale another dealership for service. This is the second time I have been here and Hyundai of Metairie is the best EVER! So many service departments, dealerships, or technicians try to up sale you or suggest things that can wait. Hyundai of Metairie is such a 1st class deslership that you can get a quote for your service prior to arrival. I've never seen this before. Then once you arrive Hyundai service writers will ask you did you get a quote on the service that's needed? You don't get that type of service at dealerships and I know from experience. Then the work I had done took about 5 hours and it did not burn a hole in my wallet. The work was perfect and professionally done. Other places gave me a much higher quote and double the hours. You owe it to yourself to bring your Hyundai or Genesis to a dealership that service its clients with care, honesty, and integrity.
