This was one of the worst experiences of my life , the only way I would ever take my vehicle back to this place would be for warranty work only, I took in my 2018 Hyundai Sonata with only 35000 miles on i only way I would ever take my vehicle back to this place would be for warranty work only, I took in my 2018 Hyundai Sonata with only 35000 miles on it, they charged me 740 dollars for nothing , they never came up with a solution, they greased up the tie rod ends and struts to hide the issue, they never fixed anything and refused to refund any money, I would have rather they would have told me they could not find the problem rather than putting non-needed parts on the vehicle and charging 5 times the cost of the part, this place is very un-professional and lacks customer relations, I tried for three days to get an update on my vehicle and the service advisor was never available and would not return my call, when I finally stated that I was on my way to meet him in person then I received a call back , I could have taken my vehicle to a suspension specialist and had it fixed correctly for the cost the Dealer charged me for nothing More

I came to this dealer because I purchased my last 5 Hyundais from this dealer When I came there I had already found the vehicle that I was interested in. I feel the aggressiveness and pressure was more than it should have been. I made the purchase in spite of the treatment. I am an older person and have purchased vehicles all my life and know dealers have a certain amount of drive to sell but this was more than necessary. Sometimes it is better to judge the customer and tune down such aggression. This was the 6th vehicle I have purchased from this dealership. More

Unprofessional. ..service department was over whelmed with customers. I called the day before and was told didnt need a schedule appt however upon arrival was told it ..service department was over whelmed with customers.
