Had an appointment for 9:30 am, I arrived about 9:25 am, to sit there for 3 hours to get my oil changed, I noticed every one who came behind me was gone and I was still there, so I went back to service and to sit there for 3 hours to get my oil changed, I noticed every one who came behind me was gone and I was still there, so I went back to service and asked was my car ready the gentleman stated they are working on it now and it should be a few more minutes I said ok, 15 more minutes went by car not ready, I stated that I am now late for work, man said he's pulling up now, lef went to work, tan some errands just to get home and find out they did not put ANY IIL IN MY CAR, I had to go back Friday to sit another hour and a half to get it done and they don't top of fluids either!!!!! Furious!!!!!! Worst experience ever!! More
