Took too long Brought my car in for an oil change. I sat there for almost 3 hours just for an oil change! Then they told me they would wash the car but never did! Brought my car in for an oil change. I sat there for almost 3 hours just for an oil change! Then they told me they would wash the car but never did! And while I was sitting there they were trying very hard to sell me a new car! Even though I told them I would not do anything that day! And I couldn't leave because they had my car!!! It was a very stressful visit and it will be a long time before I go there again!!! More

There was a 3-4 week wait for the service, since I was having a tire inflation issue, I decided to bring the car in. I waited about 20 minutes to drop my car off, a bit frustrating. It’s great to sell the most cars, but I think there should be an equal amount of service people. As a business owner I feel this needs addressing, it makes people start to look to other dealerships.
