In reality, Ben, my salesman just led me to what I wanted to see. He provided me the knowledge about the cars I sat in, and let them sell themselves. He didn’t push, and he didn’t try to reel me in. It was totally on me, he was just a guide. When it came down to giving numbers and info, he was quick to direct me to the trim that fit my budget and expectation. A bit calloused, I test drove the others; but I came right back to my first choice. More

I was immediately informed (as was obvious by the parking lot) that they were swamped because of the holiday. I did not mind the wait as I have been a customer for many years and have purchased several vehicles at this dealership. They are always up front about the wait and any work needed.
