Jeena was friendly, courteous, thorough, and professional. Frankly, I work in the world of automotive retail, and knowing it as I do, I kept on waiting for "something" to come up and ruin the process. It never happened. I arrived early and was greeted by a lady named Mary - she was very courteous and friendly and told me I could wait in the customer lounge and enjoy the amenities there.
