Had a problem with 2014 Sonata -- A/C not working righ Had an appt. for 12 noon March 28. I explained the problem to Mary and she explained that my car had a recall and an update needed to be done. I asked for her to first find out the problem with the A/C and find me in the waiting room. I checked with her after 1 hr. & no info ready yet. I asked again in 1-1/2 hr. (total time) and was told the car needed a compressor which was under the warranty. She suggested three services she said I needed. Only two made sense to me, so I had them done. I told her I had a bad back and needed to go home if it would be a long time. She said another hour. NEVER told me they had an option to give me a ride. I kept checking. She never came to find me like she said she would -- used the intercom, only heard it because someone in the waiting room asked my name. The total time was 3-1/2 hrs. NOT GOOD SERVICE. I love the car but this was ridiculous. I had to go to the chiropractor today. I can't imagine ever going back to your company. More
Your service sucks! On March 27th 2019 my fiancee took my 2011 Hyundai sonata in for 2 recalls and an oil change. First of all the service manager Roy was very nice but. On March 27th 2019 my fiancee took my 2011 Hyundai sonata in for 2 recalls and an oil change. First of all the service manager Roy was very nice but...... when we got the car back the oil drain plug was not tightened she had no idea until I got home and saw the oil on my driveway! Also the rims and tires are staggered (rear wheels bigger) and your service department rotated them ! Now every single light is on including check engine, abs, brake, and traction control. After you fix my problems properly I will never be using your service department again! And my attorney will be in touch More

Dealership review This place is very good for the most part, they do make mistakes from time to time but once notified are usually corrected. It takes a very long time to get things done there, be it service or sales. Prices are quite high for labor. Watch for oil change coupons as they are very good. I bought a new SUV Santa Fe yesterday and they did not supply a manual for the 2019 vehicle. This is my 8th Santa Fe, so the vehicle is terrific. More
