Unhappy I paid for a service that included a wash and vac, didn't get it. But did get talked into more than I came in for. Not happy I had a 10 am oil change appointment. It’s unacceptable that a oil change took 2 and half hours with an appointment. Why did I even make an appointme I had a 10 am oil change appointment. It’s unacceptable that a oil change took 2 and half hours with an appointment. Why did I even make an appointment. They Also washed my car and it was still Filthy. more time wasted because they took it back to wash it a second time ... why wasn’t it cleaned correct the first time . I was told the oil change was going to take 1 hour . This is disgraceful. This is not the first time this has happened at your dealership. This review is a waste of time because nothing will be done about it . More
