Service for the Win I brought the car in for an oil change and for a recall. Those services were performed as well as tire rotation and alignment. Horrible I went to visit this Hyundai in NPR, I am from Tampa and usually go there, because of work I am in NPR for a few weeks. I needed an oil change and had I went to visit this Hyundai in NPR, I am from Tampa and usually go there, because of work I am in NPR for a few weeks. I needed an oil change and had coupons from Hyundai, the service person there said my coupon was no good and I would need to pay full price of 42$ I asked what the difference was Hyundai is Hyundai no matter what place I usually go too. There was no discussion and I literally felt dismissed. I called Tampa, the service rep there apologized for their behavior and on Friday I will drive back to Tampa for an oil change. Just sad the level of poor Customer service at the NPR store. More
