Efficient. I originally contacted the dealership via the Internet and John was very quick to respond. My situation was unusual in that my mother had a leased veh I originally contacted the dealership via the Internet and John was very quick to respond. My situation was unusual in that my mother had a leased vehicle that was due in two months and she doesn't have a current license, it was revoked for medical reasons. In order to maintain her dignity I asked to meet with Harry prior to bringing in my mother to purchase a car so I could discuss the situation with him providing information that he would need. I wanted to avoid the awkward situation of him offering her a test drive and/or there being any confusion since her memory is unreliable at times. Harry was a great listener, completely understood the situation and handled it professionally with the kindness and understanding the process required. We had an appointment scheduled and when that day arrived the weather was horrid, I contacted Harry and explained that I didn't want to take my mother out in it and asked if we could reschedule for the next day. Harry was completely understanding and flexible with the change.
