Barry went above and beyond the call of duty by expediting my service so I could get to my meeting that I had scheduled and making sure that everything was done efficiently. Even my sales person, Jimmy Hendren came to check to make sure that everything went smoothly for my vehicle needs. I was extremely pleased with the whole experience with very little wait time, Hyundai of NPR is the greatest for sales and service!!! More

Long wait for an appointment I made an appointment at 1230 for new tires. My car sat outside and didn’t even get into the garage until around 1:15. Then I waited another 2 hours j I made an appointment at 1230 for new tires. My car sat outside and didn’t even get into the garage until around 1:15. Then I waited another 2 hours just for new tires. I do not understand the point of a “scheduled” appointment if my car is not going to be even look at until almost an hour after I bring it in. The people at the service desk told me the day before that the total time for new tires would be maybe a little over an hour. In total I waited almost 3 hours. The people at the service desk told me that the “appointment time” is more like a “check in” time. I understand that this dealership is busy and unforeseen complications do happen with cars, and I take that into account. But my appointment time should be reserved for my cars time, not a suggested time or to fill slots and then get to cars when they can. More

Best service ever! I was unable to complete a purchase at a West Palm Beach Hyundai dealer. Shortly thereafter I was introduced to Scott Fink the owner of the New Port R I was unable to complete a purchase at a West Palm Beach Hyundai dealer. Shortly thereafter I was introduced to Scott Fink the owner of the New Port Richie location. Between Scott, Dave Frazier, and SM Sean they were able to complete my deal with ease and the utmost professionalism. They even delivered my car and picked up my trade. It was by far the best car buying experience I ever had. On top of that, I love the car. Easily my favorite car ever. The follow up by SP Bill has been great too. These guys are the best! I feel like I made some new friends and will continue to do business with this top notch organization. More
