Simply put this was the best car buying experience I have ever had. It was certainly the easiest. We were flattered that we could deal with Dave, the owner, directly who put us in the more than capable han ever had. It was certainly the easiest. We were flattered that we could deal with Dave, the owner, directly who put us in the more than capable hands of Jeena, the internet sales manager. Jeena was friendly, courteous, thorough, and professional. Frankly, I work in the world of automotive retail, and knowing it as I do, I kept on waiting for "something" to come up and ruin the process. It never happened. Everything went smoothly from the first phone call to delivery, ahead of schedule, I might add. This is how buying a car should be. More

Absolute worse dealership I have ever dealt with. I purchased a brand new 2020 tuscon and within a year I started having issues with the starter. I took it in three times before they could identify the purchased a brand new 2020 tuscon and within a year I started having issues with the starter. I took it in three times before they could identify the issues. Now im currently trying to use my warranty on the seats and I am constantly being transferred to different departments with no answer. Beyond disorganized and I will never purchase from Hyundai again and would suggest everyone stay away from them. More

RIP OFF On August 24th purchased a vehicle. The price was not a fair price. I went back on 8/26 showing that another dealer had the same identical car for a On August 24th purchased a vehicle. The price was not a fair price. I went back on 8/26 showing that another dealer had the same identical car for almost $2k less. Shawn honored and we resigned a new contract. When I got my first statement from the lender the original contract price was on the statement. I called bank and thought it might take a few days for the new contract to be established in their system. After many call and a couple of visits both bank and dealer said it could not be corrected. How can it not be corrected when I have a signed contract. I have a signed contract that is not being honored. I will need to hire my attorney. More
