Need To Fix How Customers Get Serviced First thing, Do not feel comfortable making appointments online...when I went online it asked me to change my password again ! Secondly, I called the Service center and was unable to get through. So I went by to personally make an appt. for the next morning at 8 am. My car was not pulled into the shop until 8:40 am. It was one hour and 50 mins to complete this transaction. This included a car wash. Why would I want to get an oil change at the dealership ?? In Brooklyn, NY I go to a 15 min oil change and they give me a coupon that allows me to get a car wash when I want...same day next week or 3 months away. That's SERVICE !!! More
