Basic service Oil change completed but vacuum was not. My salesperson did a quick vacuum. This is not the great service Hyundai once offered. There has been a rattling sound since day 1. No one else hears it but me. Sounds like my shocks but an employee said it was something in my door pocket!! Customer service with HMFusa has also gone to crap. This is my 2nd Hyundai, 8th in my family. We will not be purchasing Hyundai again and will be either trading in or paying off and be done with Hyundai Bill sold us our vechicles, he was awesome. It is disgusting how horrible Hyundai has become in the past year!! They used ro be awesome, its why we returned. Big mistake. More
