Review of Chase I dropped my Tucson off for an oil change this past Saturday at 3:00. I had the best experience I've had there with Chase. He followed up on a PA that I dropped my Tucson off for an oil change this past Saturday at 3:00. I had the best experience I've had there with Chase. He followed up on a PA that seemed to fall through the cracks about the paint on my Tucson. He is the only person out of 4 people that didn't blow smoke up my xxx. He took pictures band spoke directly to the manager to address the situation. It appears there was an answer to the PA in January of 2018, but no one reached out to me about it. He worked with his manager to resubmit the whole thing and said he will have an answer soon. I trust him. I'm going to ask to work directly with him from now on. His attention to detail and follow through are unparalleled. Hats off to him and the manager. I look forward to their response on my PA. More

Service Dept can't find a nail in my tire... We recently purchased a 2019 Santa Fe end of Dec 2018 First issue... My rear tire. Called to have it looked at on (Thursday) the tire pressure wa We recently purchased a 2019 Santa Fe end of Dec 2018 First issue... My rear tire. Called to have it looked at on (Thursday) the tire pressure was 13PSI. Waited 3 hours for them to tell me NOTHING was wrong with it. They put it on the lift, sprayed it... Ext..... I left I even told the girl watch I'll be back here...MARK MY WORDS!!! Called back the next day (Friday ) said there's something not right. She told me to come right in, I couldn't come right in. My son had therapy. Lets put into consideration that I drive on the interstate with my special needs son in the car God forbid if my tire blew out.... told her I'll be there tomorrow. My husband filled up my tire for the day again. My tire was almost flat. 13 PSI. (Saturday morning) Tire was again 13PSI had to fill it up. I stopped by publix to grab something real quick before I head to the dealership. NOTICED A HUGE NAIL IN MY TIRE. After the dealership told me they put it on the lift, sprayed it. And found nothing wrong the first time I went (Thursday). I waited 3 hours for them to tell me nothing was wrong. I had to waste my time and miles again to come into the dealership on my Saturday off for them to fix my tire. Yes, you fixed it at no charge but thats not the point. Why? Couldn't you do your job right the first time when I was there on Thursday. IT WAS JUST A NAIL IN THE TIRE.... I'M LIVID.... My husband was just talking about getting a newer genesis but if you can't even find a nail in in a tire.... 😡 More
