Dan Forsey typical reputation of a car dealer. Dan Dorsey was doing fine until he told me that I could not get the GAP insurance because I did not finance the car with somebody from the dealership. Room for improvement I have a leased vehicle, of which I purchased at this location, I took my vehicle in for a oil change and car wash. First I walked in and no one was f I have a leased vehicle, of which I purchased at this location, I took my vehicle in for a oil change and car wash. First I walked in and no one was friendly, I was told by someone walking away that someone would be right with me. The wait was short, of which I give credit there, the lady at the desk just seemed in a hurry to sign me in and get back to the prior task she was working on. As soon as I signed my car in someone immediately took my keys very promptly and honestly I was rather impressed with the speed. The lady asked if I wanted a car wash of course I said yes. When I got my car later that day it was definitely not clean I literally wiped dirt off my vehicle and you can visibly see the line from my fingertip. I feel the service fell short the promptness and eagerness is appreciated but the follow through is very lackluster, you have so much more potential. I have had my vehicle for almost five years, my lease ends this year and I have had nothing but bad experiences in the service department. I begrudge taking my vehicle into service and will try to take it elsewhere if possible due to the lack of customer service. My fiancé even owns a Hyundai along with my dad all of which we got from this particular location. But as the end of the lease approaches I am definitely considering other option. More
