I went Only to find out a tire rotation isn’t included (so why did it take over an hour to complete?) and they want to charge $20 for that. So it would have been more expensive to have the oil change/tire roation done there AND I had to drive far. And wait. So basically I drove 45min for what I could’ve had done at the corner place for cheaper. Disappointing, and I have been happy with the dealership until this. The moral of the story is so your due diligence and read the fine print. More

I live 40 miles away and I wish the service department was much closer. This is the third Hyundai vehicle we have purchased since 2004. More
