Need improvement of way financing options are presented I feel improvement in the finance part of the sale should be done in an office NOT in the open show room where everyone can hear. Terms are blurted out and you might not hear everything being presented to you. You should be taken into the office where it is quite and shown on the computer or on paper your options. There would be less misunderstandings of the terms of the financing (down payments, interest rates, monthly payments etc.) if this practice was done. When I asked to see the invoice to review the breakdown of the sale before signing (rebates, trade-in, sales tax etc.) James was surprised and stated "if it's wrong I'll have to rip it up start again". I'm not signing something without reviewing it. When I got home I was missing my invoice for the sale of the car. I was coming back to bring in the title and realized I never got his business card. I went to the reception desk I didn't know his name and had to describe him. When I dropped off the title and finally got the bill of sale, James just gets up and says "well I get this processed " and doesn't even says goodbye, thanks, nice working with you, hand shake, just leaves. It was just a strange experience all round. Brought many cars and never had a financial experience like this. My sales rep Shane was fabulous, but this experience will make me think twice of dealing here in the future More
